Artist's Description
I watched this piece of driftwood for some time before I started photographing it. I liked the action of the water as it crashed through the chambers in the wood. I timed the shot to get the water crashing behind and through the wood. Photoshop CS4 was used to manipulate the photograph
I made adjustments to sharpen and bring out the blues of the water. I also croped in to make the wood and the water share as the main subjects of the photograph
